Are you a factory or a trader?
We are Source Factory, possessing our own mold development, cold/hot pressing, injection molding, UV/screen printing, assembly, and packaging processes, without relying on third-party intermediaries. This allows us to offer more competitive prices and delivery times.
What customization options are supported?
We support full-chain customization, including Logo, pattern, color matching, racket shape, racket surface material and layering, inner core, packaging (color box/racquet bag), accessories (rubber ring/TPU edge strip), etc. You provide the image and idea, and we are responsible for implementation.
How long does it take to make a sample/produce a sample?
For OEM/ODM requirements, we can ensure sample production on the same day after confirming the demand, significantly reducing your project cycle.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? What size of orders can you handle?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for different styles is negotiable; our monthly production capacity reaches 300,000 units, enabling us to handle large-scale orders and provide stable delivery guarantees for major customers.
Can you produce both cold-pressed and hot-pressed integrated rackets?
All are acceptable. We are a source factory capable of independently producing both cold-pressed and hot-pressed integrated rackets, and can recommend the most suitable process based on budget and performance goals.
Are carbon fiber rackets made of real carbon? Can I choose the material?
Yes, we use mature materials such as T700 grade carbon fiber and support a variety of racket face materials including carbon fiber, fiberglass, carbon-fiberglass hybrid, poplar wood, aramid/titanium wire, as well as PP honeycomb/EPP/EVA core options.
How to ensure quality?
Strict quality control throughout the entire process: multiple inspections are conducted from raw materials to finished products, covering weight, size, balance, appearance, structure, and shipment inspection, to ensure batch stability.
Can we do private labeling without a brand?
Okay. We support private label and OEM customization, and can also provide brand licensing and complementary sales cooperation solutions, covering different business models.
Can packaging and accessories be customized together?
Okay. Packaging options such as outer boxes/color boxes, ball bags, hanging boxes, and window boxes, as well as accessories like rubber rings, TPU side strips in multiple colors, and pickle balls, can all be customized together with the rackets in the same order, ensuring a truly one-stop delivery.
What is the typical delivery time?
For regular products, stocking is fast, and large-scale orders are scheduled according to the confirmed delivery date; the specific delivery date depends on the style, complexity of customization, and quantity. A clear schedule will be provided before placing the order.
How to initiate cooperation?
It’s very simple: inform us of your requirements (style/material/quantity/design) → we provide proposals and quotations → sample confirmation → mass production → quality inspection and shipment. One-on-one communication throughout the entire process.
