Product Introduction
VK-PK001 is a full carbon fiber pickleball paddle built on a thermoformed one-piece process, aimed at private-label brands that need consistent supply rather than one-off samples.
The face, core and edge are laid up and cured together in a single heated mold under pressure. No adhesive film sits between the layers, so there is no glue line to age, take on moisture or separate after a season of hard play. The edge guard is formed in the same mold as the face — it is not a strip bonded on afterwards, so it cannot lift or peel.
The face measures 420 × 184 mm, in the forgiving large-face range. Thickness is available at 14 mm or 16 mm, which sets whether the paddle leans toward speed or toward control. The surface comes in straight carbon weave or 3K twill, with graphics produced to your own artwork.

Key Advantages
- One-piece construction, so delamination is not a failure path. Face, core and edge cure into a single continuous shell. With no adhesive interface inside the paddle, there is no glue line to age or take on moisture — a structural difference that process tuning cannot reproduce on a bonded paddle.
- Power transfers more directly. Removing the elastic adhesive layer removes the cushion that swallows part of the impact. Swing speed turns into ball speed with less loss, and the feel comes back crisp and readable.
- Built-in edge guard. The edge is molded with the face instead of bonded on afterwards — it will not lift, peel, or knock off at the corner after a low dig.
- Carbon fiber face: light, and stiff. Higher stiffness at the same weight means the paddle comes up fast at the net without going hollow. The carbon layup also damps high-frequency vibration, which is what you notice in the second hour rather than the first.
- The weave is in the material, not printed on it. Straight carbon weave and 3K twill are the cloth itself, not a film — they do not wear through or lift at the edge.
- A large, forgiving face. At 420 × 184 mm the effective hitting area is wide, so off-centre contact still sends the ball where you aimed it — useful for newer players and for doubles players who play for stability.
- One platform, two behaviours. 14 mm releases faster and feels livelier, an attacking setup. 16 mm pockets the ball deeper with more forgiveness and damping, a control setup. Both come off the same construction, so a range does not need separate tooling per SKU.

All four share identical construction and configuration. They differ only in face size and sweet-spot orientation, so the family can be sold as one price tier or split by player preference.

Graphics. Produced to your artwork — your brand visual goes straight on, with no structural development on your side.
Configuration. Thickness, weave and edge combine freely on one platform, so a single tooling set covers several SKUs.
Accessories. Bags (backpack, carry bag, single paddle cover), overgrips and pickleballs can be supplied alongside, all branded with your logo.
Sampling. With a finished artwork file we can go straight to tooling and samples; with only a direction, we can develop an option first.
